The internet is full of misinformation, erasure, and silence about justice issues. Field of Hope is building an archive of real voices and real experiences - stories that fill the gaps, preserve truth, and help us learn from each other.
Your story matters because:
It preserves what’s being erased - histories and experiences that someone wants silenced
It teaches through lived experience - we learn best from real people, not abstractions
It shows we’re not alone - connection and solidarity come from shared stories
It builds hope - hearing how others navigate, resist, and survive helps us all keep going
We welcome all these:
"This is what I need people to know" - Truth that's being hidden or distorted
“This is what I’m living through” - Your direct experience with injustice, loss, or struggle
"This is how I learned" - How you changed your mind, unlearned something, or grew
"This is what I witnessed” - What you saw happen to your community or neighbors"
"This is how I’m resisting” - Action you’re taking, hope you’re building
